Moscow Trip

Since the moment I made the first step in Moscow until nowadays, I always think that was one of my best trips in Europe. Probably because I am Bulgarian and Russians are so close to our culture, probably because a saw a better Bulgaria in Russia or just because i suddenly realised how much I love the culture of the Slavs - I do not know the exact answer but I know the exact result - I truely loved Moscow and the Russian culture.

For every tourist I would say - visit Moscow and explore its beauty. There are so many places to see. Personally I started with the fabulous Russian churches - the colourful domes and the tall constructions along with the beautiful icons made me think about how magnificent and brilliant the architects of these temples were, how amazing their creations are - truely something every tourist will experience as a thrill when he sees Moscow.

Then I saw the famous Kremlin - a place so old and at the same time so modern, a place that has preserved the Russian nation not only once or twice - currently a place for the governement but with some limited public access, Kremlin remains the best I saw in Moscow and the most impressive preserved architectural complex I have seen.

During the modern ages, especially after the 17th century, Russia was a wealthy country. This is the reason why a person should visit the Russian museums - they have a lot to show to the world. Old sculptures, pieces of genuine literature, amazing works by famous artists, architects and writers contribute to the overall feeling that truely Russia is the creddle of Eastern Europe. Not to mention if you are into skiing they built some pretty mean ski chalets during thier periods of wealth.
